Australasia’s leading experts in electronics – If it can be fixed, we’ll make it happen.
No one in Australasia matches us for specialist equipment and the expertise to back it up. Every one of our technicians lives and breathes electronics, and if trade clients send us something we don’t know how to fix, we’ll work on it until we do.
In the last year alone, we’ve repaired over 3,800 parts – many deemed “unrepairable” by others – for businesses like auto electricians and mechanics. We proudly combat the built-in obsolescence that sends so much valuable equipment to landfills, ensuring our trade partners can keep their clients happy.
Our desire to be the best has seen us invest in a huge amount of specialised equipment over the last decade, so if we say we can fix it, we really can. The majority of companies have a repair process which is set in stone and doesn’t allow for flexibility. Here at Get Electronics we can repair auto electrical issues that we have never seen before because we have gone to the expense of purchasing several different makes and models of cars and stripping them down to their components. This allows us to experiment with real equipment in real time, and we are constantly learning through trial and error.
Sick of standing around in grimy workshops while someone tries to locate the whereabouts of the part you sent them? Our incredible Repair Shopper CRC software is integrated with our phone system and will instantly recognise your number. This means that every piece of information about your part appears on our screens the instant you call us, including our diagnosis of the problem and where it’s sitting in the repair chain. In essence, we can answer all of your questions before they’ve even been asked!
We work on a trust-based system here at Get Electronics, and we are always clear and transparent in our communication, which is why our clients keep coming back year after year. We are currently sitting at an impressive repair rate of almost 80% on every part we fix, and if we can’t repair it you’ll only be charged the $150 assessment fee, even if our ‘mad scientist’ technicians have spent 48 hours trying to fix the problem. The rest of the cost is on us because we like to learn new skills through trial and error, plus we really enjoy reverse engineering (and we’re sure you’re not paying us to have fun!).
