Alongside our advanced CNC Machining equipment, we have also invested in several different models of test harnesses and modules, in order to be able to power on and test pieces of car equipment in real-time. These models include a 2015 PX1 Ford Ranger, a 2005 mk5 Golf, a 2006 Audi A4, and a 2008 BMW 5 series. This ability to easily test modules and program up units means that we really can fix the stuff that others can’t.

Our BGA rework stations allow us to remove and replace BGA chips robotically, and our state-of-the-art CNC Machine, along with enabling us to make our own jigs or tools in-house from any material, allows for the type of precision cutting that simply can’t be replicated by the human hand.

We also have a full suite of Processor reading tools and software. This enables us to remove programming – which should be the property of the manufacturer – from a processor, and swap over this information onto another device

We are also able to operate X-ray scanning. This allows us to see inside the layers of control boards to discover which components are burnt or damaged and to look inside casings so we can see where not to mill.

Our custom-built premises feature a microscope on every workbench, enabling us to see every single detail of a customer’s repair, along with chemical baths capable of dissolving potting compounds off control boards for more precise repairs.

We have also invested in the best soldering equipment money can buy. This allows us to produce factory-quality soldering that renders our repairs invisible and completely invisible, and every board we repair is coated in a thin polymeric film for the ultimate in protection.

The team at Get Electronic can also delete your immobiliser system if your immobiliser box has failed or you’ve lost your key, and we can rewrite the mileage on your odometer after replacement. This will ensure that your vehicle’s warrant/mileage calibrations remain true and correct.
