Audi TT Headlight Wiring Repair – Partial/Full Re-Wire

This service addresses damage to the wiring inside Audi TT headlights.

Options Available:

• Full Re-Wire: This comprehensive option involves separating the lens from the headlight and replacing every single wire inside the unit. This labor-intensive process ensures that all wiring is replaced with higher-quality materials that will not flake or chip off in the future. Please note that this option requires a full day of work due to its complexity.
• Partial Re-Wire: As an alternative to the full re-wire, this option focuses on repairing the most commonly damaged section of the park light wiring harness without separating the lens. The remaining wires are glued in place to secure the insulation from further damage. However, this option may lead to further deterioration inside the headlight and is considered less reliable.

An assessment of the headlight will be conducted to determine eligibility for the partial re-wire option.
