When you contact the team at Get Electronic, our incredible Repair Shopper programme will ensure that your job is logged into our system from the very first call.

After receiving your part, we will send you an update on the prognosis along with a quote, and we will check that you are comfortable with the price before we proceed with any repairs. You will be regularly updated on your part’s position in the repair queue, and if you need further information, you are always welcome to give us a call, knowing that you will be talking to a qualified technician at all times.

Our advanced software is designed to streamline the communication process, meaning less time waiting on the end of a phone. Each time you ring, your name and job number will flash up on every computer in the building, allowing our technicians to give you the information you require in seconds, and helping you to keep your own clients in the loop.
There’s not much
we can’t fix.
We welcome customers to drop in and pick up their parts, or alternatively, you can send them to us by courier. Typically, we’ll have your part repaired and back to you within a week, although this will depend on the nature of the problem and the volume of work we have on at any given time.
Once your job is in our system it is there forever, and every part of the diagnostic and repair process is documented. We can even perform an analysis on a vehicle to prove that the garage owner hasn’t caused damage to their customer’s car during the repair.
We are currently achieving a successful repair rate of 80%, so there is a very high chance that we will have the solution to your problem. If we are, for whatever reason, unable to repair your part, you will only be charged the assessment fee of $150, no matter how much time has been spent working on the issue.
